[asterisk-biz] $67.49/month servers and $7.94/month fax thru email DID's

First thing I'll point out is that I'm not "selling" them. I'm providing
access to a whole bunch of things at lower prices.

Second thing I'll point out that it is a simple standalone a la carte
item. I use it. Several of my clients, friends and family members use
it. For all of us it fits our needs and $7.94/month is not a bad cost.
None of us care that the DID is in Arizona. None of us want to go with
the toll-free option and be paying for every junk fax we get. It's fine
for those of us in the "fax is almost obselete but you still need to
have it" classification.

I would never recommend this type of service for high volume faxers. I
could put hylafax on a bunch of pots lines using laeftover parts I have
lying around here. Why pay somebody 10c/minute to send in that case?
