[asterisk-biz] HUD Alternative

I am looking for an application (or group of applications) that is a
good alternative to Fonality's HUD product.

These are the features I wan to duplicate:

some of it. 

AChat can take care of the chats

FOP (http://www.asternic.org/) can do the operator panel. 

Any other suggestions?
