While I not always agree with trixter, he's very much correct in this 
case, and no, he's not affiliated with Rehan. 

Rehan = clueless. Trixter = not clueless, just annoying .:)

FYI: I've been told that currently approx 7% of LNP dips will return 
different NPA-NXX from the dipped NPA-NXX.
