[asterisk-biz] Outsourced Asterisk, SIP ATA, IP-Phone support?

If we built a call center, staffed with competant support, do you think
there would be interest in term contracts?
For just one or, an entire network of smaller ITSP's?  This is something we
have been chewing on.
