[asterisk-biz] Need feedback on vitelity

I operate a Taxicab company in Ohio.  When we moved our office our T1  
to our main switch went down once a week for the first few months

I put up an asterisk backup PBX and had the main number forwarded to  
my Vitelity DID.  Voice quality was good and we ran 4 -8 concurrent  
calls. It keep us in business until our T1 came back up.  Their  
support has been very good also.
