[asterisk-biz] Billing software for Asterisk

Some clients show it a pretty ugly way ... 'Sent by xxxxxx at gmail.com
on behalf of xxxx at yyyy.com' - others don't. Gmail quite correctly uses
my gmail address as the SMTP Sender of mails I send from here.
