Im currently setting up a 120 seater call center in the Philippines and I am
looking for a voice provider with the following requirements:

 - Support for g729 codecs
 - IAX2 Trunking
 - Can handle 120 or more simultaneous calls at the same time 
 - Can handle predictive dialing
 - Billing maybe prepaid or postpaid
 - Good tech support
