Hi all,

Is anyone able to provide me with some prices for:

American Samoa
Cook Islands
Fiji
French Polynesia
New Caledonia
Niue
* Papua New Guinea
* Solomon Islands
Tonga
* Vanuatu
Western Samoa

The ones with the * are the ones I am having most trouble getting good
prices on.

I saw some good prices at voicetrading.com but the latency is ~400ms
from here and they require 200 Euro upfront.  I've already sunk money
into destinations that don't work so would prefer to be able to send a
couple of test calls or start with a smaller deposit.
