[asterisk-biz] Skype asks FCC to open up cellular networks

I rarely talked to any of my friends on mobile in the US when they are
inside the house. I don't know whether it is poor mobile business or
poor signal. Don't suggest, mobile is only to be used when you are on
mobility.
