[asterisk-biz] U.S. 50 State Calling Prices for Non-Volume

Well Paul after looking over a very old bill (when we tested them months 
ago) it looks like they do some strange billing... They round up the 
minutes (so 1.1 mins becomes 2 mins) and also it seems as though they 
round up the billed cost to the closest cent. :)
