[asterisk-biz] Looking for DID with long number support

Yes, through third party gateways, well, connected over SS7, proper telco
stuff.

Here is a call I made from my cell 03008508070 and came over a third-party
network, through a series of Siemens switches and finally a PRI to my
Asterisk box.

    -- Accepting call from '03008508070' to '0422009460123456789' on channel
0/11, span 3

The dialed number was 0422009460, which is the DID.
The 123456789 is the additional numbers I dialled on my cell before I
pressed SEND.
