  Sort of.  A customer of mine ported their from Sprint to T-Mobile prepaid, and
  then after lots of pain, we were able to successfully port from T-Mobile
  prepaid to Vitelity.  Vitelity said XO did the port from T-Mobile.

  You'll need the customers SSN, address, billing address, T-Mobile PIN
  code, and all sorts of stuff.  Who knows if you can reproduce it.  I
  started the Sprint PCS port on 9/22 and gave up in December, started the
  T-Mobile port on 2/5 and it finally came in on 5/11.  Ugh, painful.
