Hi all,

Well for the information of all out there, i recide in Bahrain, a
small island off the gulf coast. i was refering to UAE regarding the
ban of VOIP.

Bahrain is open to VOIP and everything works perfectly fine here
except for the humungus cost of bandwidth. I also feel that a few
other neighbouring countries like Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia also
currently having their SIP ans IAX ports open for traffic (Things can
change rapidly). Recently i also heard that Kuwait is banning VOIP too
whcih was open until now. I havent got my foot out there yet but i
might need some solution for that country too.

In UAE i used to get the IAX2 dialers working well until recently but
for the past few weeks i guess they are using some packet sniffers and
hence registrations are not reaching my servers.

Looking for some good guidance..

Thanks
