[asterisk-biz] Anyone use Patton Products ?

Hi List,
I am looking in to purchasing this http://www.patton.com/products/pe_products.asp?category=47&tab=sp&MiDAS_SessionID=a35d238ad0484a3eb761c2db00092892

For SIP -> H323. I currently have asterisk doing it but my carriers Cisco box's tend to reject calls when ever they are in the mood.
