The card details and wholesale purchase price from Australia's ONLY
Digium distro are detailed below:

 

1 x TE412P Quad 3.3V E1 with Echo Can AUD$3,034.46 (that's around
USD$2600.00)  

 

Yes, I know that the price is unbelievably high for a wholesale price
and yes, Corry, I know the same unit is on your website for $2,245
retail
(http://www.voipsupply.com/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=13&products
_id=1696).  What can I say, like I said we only have ONE Digium distro
in Australia.

 

BACKGROUND

 

The card was purchased for a large call centre install which had very
tight install time frames.

 

We only had 3-4 hours to get the data centre system up and running and
get out of the data centre so after 3 hours of testing we swapped to a
Sangoma 4 port E1 which just worked straight off.

 

And, no, the Australian Digium guys were of no assistance.  And, yes,
there are more quad E1's going into this install but they won't be
Digium. Shame really as we bent over backwards to go with Digium.

 

Anyway, we tried to return the card to the Digium distro however they
won't accept return because the item was sent back 2-3 days after their
30 days from date of purchase return policy (even though they would be
applying a 20 % restocking fee). 

 

Anyway, dealing with Digium in Australia ...... what can I say ...... it
all sucks .... but, our loss is your gain.....

 

We're looking for any reasonable offer.
