Using a USB dongle you may be able to extract the antenna lead and make
a can-tenna of sorts. 

 

You may be better off using a USB extender. This one goes up to 150Feet
over CAT5, I have not used, just Googled for it.

Hi List,

I wanted to know if there existed a product that can have a strong BT
signal so it would work around an office. I would want to use it with:
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=8919. This way the client can get all
thier calls on thier desk phone.
