Hello Nicky,

We use Thirdlane PBX Manager in a commercial ITSP environment.
Both Single tenant for our own use and Multi-tenant for
our hosted service.

Well worth the money. We have tried most all Asterisk Management systems
and none come close to the flexibility and user friendliness.

  We use it on an Asterisk server serving as a gateway networked with an
Avaya IP platform we already had in place.  We recently installed another
Sun server to host a second Asterisk server as a dedicated IVR platform
networked with both the first Asterisk box and the Avaya box.  We have
purchased a second copy of PBX Manager.

  We are a financial organization.  We are very happy with what PBX Manager
offers.  It makes working with Asterisk just plain fun.  It does not limit
you in any fashion restricting you from writing your own scripts.  It has
the facilities to let you write your own and simply plug it in with
everything else.  This was a big plus.  We did not want to invest into
something that did not let us do as we please and loose the "open" nature of
Asterisk.

  I would tell you it is money well spent.

thirdlane?
It looks really good http://www.thirdlane.com/pbxmanager.htm.
But, I would like to have some real-life service provider references before
I spend the time and money trying it.
