[asterisk-biz] Voicemail Question

All:
Does anyone on the list have any advice on how I may use a keypress other than 
pound to exit voicemail?
Reason being, We have several remote employees that need the ability to log in 
and out of queues set call forwarding, and use disa and conferences
 I want to dump them to a menu for these, but want to retain the ability to 
exit voicemail by pressing pound.
Any help would be grately appreciated.
