You are right in many cases. There are so many factors such as the
number of people, their availability, workload, average task duration,
etc. that drive a company to seek a better path.

I might run into a family business that is doing just fine with a cell
phone, a pair of 2-way radios and some chalkboards. In that case I'm
happy to tell them what might be needed in the future and leave them my
contact information.
