I haven't been here in a while. Not sure if this is what you are
looking for but....
We just released our virtual pbx service to go along with our popular
IAX2 and SIP gateway service. The SIP PBX service has no cost per user
and costs as low as $39.95 for a bundle including 5 voice mailboxes, 3
auto-attendants, 3 hunt/ring groups and free click-to-call for a website.
We charge per minute for calls in and out of the PSTN.
There is a REST API that will allow you to do just about anything you
want with the service including incorporating any aspect of our service
into your existing portal or application. We are inviting 3rd party
developers to built their own applications and offer them through our
