[asterisk-biz] Skype asks FCC to open up cellular networks

I use a Nokia E61 I can run SIP calls across my GSM provider all day long
without any issues.

I wonder what it means for us. There are some carriers that have made issues
for me when trying to use SIP over their cellular network.
