  To terminate calls for free to a Skype user.  I probably wouldn't use
  skype to terminate calls via SkypeOut, but sometimes people want a real
  phone number for less than Skype offers them for that will still get to
  them via Skype, and I think there are a lot of services out there willing
  to offer that service for less.
