[asterisk-biz] Termination and Origination Services

I didn't run plainvoip I created it.  The guys at EzziTel are the ones who
folded it.  I just tried to promote it for them but the decided to just 
shut
it down one day.  I had no control being I was just a contractor.  Molten 
is
a full blow service provider.  Ezzitel was a pipe dream..
