Can I get a decent IAX based softswitch please?

Server hosted someplace near NYC takes inbound IAX calls from a flexible
set of providers then pushes these out on an IAX trunk to my agents in
India.

My agents deal with most calls on their own, but invoke a three-way call
(on the switch in the USA) to my client's call center for some calls then
after introducing the call leave the conference, leaving the two Americans
on the phone.

My Indian agents then continue to take new calls while the old call
continues between the two Americans without suffering from any
trans-pacific latency.

Doable?
