Glenn, 

The Cogo website is for people who would like to use Cogo, but do not
want to purchase an ISPBX PBX or they already have their own PBX.

Through the site you can sign up for an account and generate your
configuration with Cogo. Once you are done.. you save, and then download
all of the config files as a ZIP by clicking on a link. You can either
copy the zip and extract on your box, or use some other file-transfer
method. We do plan to include an auto-install script at a later date. 

If you purchase an ISPBX PBX you run Cogo locally off of the unit.
