[asterisk-biz] Any Toll Free Provider care to quote?

Currently have Global Crossing with 20 Toll Frees on TMD T1's (3).

The reseller has jacked to rates again and add a 'non-RBOC' charge,

making it impossible to re-bill these calls at a per minute rate.

We run only about 80K minutes a month.

Me thinking it's time to move to SIP Transport but TDM is OK too
