[asterisk-biz] Skype Outage Leaves Millions Speechless

I agree with the need for reliable information on voip providers and would
love to see something along the lines of www.dslreports.com reviews section
used to collect and filter reviews by location and maybe even ISP. I know
that my experiences with vitelity have been mixed based on ISP's in the same
town. But I have not seen anyone jump out there and offer anything that
sophisticated.
