Jean-Michel,

For any worthwhile volume of calls, we would recommend a 3rd party SIP 
to H.323 gateway. In practice, use of H.323 among Enswitch customers is 
negligible. SIP and E1s/T1s are by far the most popular, followed by IAX 
way way behind.
