[asterisk-biz] Carriers not allowing CallerID to be set to a 800 number?

Not to totally change the subject.. but you've actually been able to make
calls passing 800xxxxxx as your CALLER-ID?   Alot of places will block your
calls if you do that (and I don't mean VoIP carriers).
