As the asterisk deployment grows, we are getting many applications for
Outlook Integration. These provide range of functionality from very simple
to advanced. On licensing front these range from open source to commercial.
These include

Star Outlook Dialer Free Edition (mine :) )
Snap from snapanumber
Calling Circles Desktop
Third Lane Dialer
