RES: [asterisk-biz] Tormenta III Cards

You can download the schematics for tormenta boards at zapatatelephony.org

The main issue I see is as follows:

1) The design is not correctly licensed under the GPL license

2) I do not believe that the GPL can be applied to hardware

3) You cannot copyright a circuit.

So I really see no obligation for anyone to distribute the schematic
as requested by Zapatatelephony.
