Not to mention the fact that you cant use the contents, forward them or
reproduce them.  

Clicking reply to the sender to inform them that you received it in
error also means that you have to use the information contained in the
message.  This violates that 'agreement'

You cant identify which email was received in error, becuase that uses
or reproduces/forwards the email as well.  Another violation.

In many countries, presumably not all though, you cant force a contract
on an unwilling 3rd party.  But just incase lets play the game :)

Use of this email in any form is not allowed by anyone except the
sender.  If you read this email you are bound by this contract and agree
to give the sender $53,000,000 payable by wiretransfer from the minister
of finance of nigeria.
