Hey everyone,
  Not sure if this went out or not, but you can now make free calls to
Mexico City, Gudalajara, and Monterey in Mexico, The UK, China (all), Hong
Kong (mobile), Beunas Aires, Singapore, Seoul, and Germany.  Just dial 

712-338-8849  and then enter your destination number.  It works similar to
the way E-Fax works where calls are routed in such a way where this is
possible.
