Hi All,

I am looking to purchase 50,000 minutes to Orange. (http://www.orange.co.uk)
They are a cell phone provider here in the UK and one of my customers are
running an outbound campaign to users of this Provider. My requirements are
quite simple:

15 Concurrent Calls
IAX2 Trunk
Failover

The campaign is going to last for circa one month, so only short term.
Their current provider has offered them 9.3ppm over PRI (ISDN30) although
they would like a cheaper option.
