[asterisk-biz] G729 Replacement Codec - FREE or may ne cheaper than existing one.

Ok..  Here's how it works..  You sell or give out the code w/ your
product you're held
liable for the licensing.  If you use it for development or educational
purposes you're safe.
If your a small guy or end user and want to take your chances using it
and not getting
caught that fine also.  Just know Sipro will want their money sooner or
later.  You also
cant buy just 1 license from them.  You have to purchase them in bulk. 
If you want to
ease your conscience just buy the licenses from digium and be done with
it.  Simple
enough.
