[asterisk-biz] Anyone try to call VoIP Supply?

Matthew:

No one that I know of at VoIP Supply took anything you said as criticism. In
fact, we thought you had some excellent thoughts on the issue of failover
and the underuse of Asterisk.

No harm done on our end.

As someone who was quoted in the message quoted below, and who
commented "critically" on VoIPSupply's outage, I'm curious to see
whether anyone responding from VoIPSupply was able to comprehend the
parts of my messages which specifically excluded VoIPSupply (and anyone
else in these conditions) from any direct criticism. Excluded from any
disappointment that anyone wasn't meeting expectations of failover,
which I specifically stated I didn't expect people to meet at this early
stage of the game. Whether anyone responding could tell that I
specifically said this outage was a lesson for everyone as the future
unfolds of the benefits of Asterisk that we might not be using until too
late, which we can use.

I now return us to the regularly scheduled misinterpretation by
lurkers
of constructive criticism of the underused benefits of Asterisk as
personal attacks.
