We DO NOT provide phone support.


I will go elsewhere... I will not use a company unless I can
physically talk to someone and know that there is more than 1 or 2
people working there.   I want to be assured that there is a call
center backing the company that can be reached for a large portion of
the day, and some way to contact someone in an emergency.   Can you
imagine if Vonage or Earthlink purchased DIDs this way? eeeegads!
