It is slow.
Check voip-online for existing scripts.
I seen for Germany, Italy, USA.
I do not sure is there ALL numbers present.
Probably for USA and Canada is most of them, there is very rich database.
And you cannot (i beleive) use white pages web service for bulk CNAME
resolving.
