  They may be using VMware to do Virtual Servers, I've heard of this clock
  skew problem with VMware.  I believe it is an issue where a BIOS setting
  interferes with the virtualization VMware does.

  They may have determined that and turned off that BIOS setting (I forget
  what it was specifically).
