[asterisk-biz] Polycom IP 601 Issue

Hello,

Has anyone come across this at all?

 

have a customer who has a Polycom 601 with an expansion module.  The
receptionist (who uses this phone) can take up to 8 or 9 calls
simultaneously, but once she gets 10 + calls the phone locks up and she
needs to reboot the phone.
