Unfortunately the whole Middle-East is suspect.  I'd rank Jordan and Egypt
up there.  Seen some fraudsters route alot of calls to Iraq cellular...
which because they fraudulently obtained service, the destination numbers
were gladfully turned over to a US intelligence agency.

in this thread please post any country you consider high risk..
