if you have a tollfree in the US you should get ANI which normally cant
be blocked, if you are getting variable rates based on where someone is
calling from you should get that number.  If you dont, contact your
provider and get them to enable this.  You should also look at ANI II
digits to see if its a payphone as tollfree calls from payphones have an
additional cost typically.

If however this isnt what you are talking about, you may try rephrasing
your question.
