Quick question for those "in the know" on the list.

Is there an efficient way to determine who owns a specific toll-free
#? I've called AT&T/Ameritech's resporg number only to be told the
number I am researching is currently owned by resporg #ROL99.  I'm not
sure what that means and google yields nothing.  I'm trying to obtain
a custom vanity DID that is taken, but calling it returns a
disconnected message and google/resporg searches online return
nothing.

Help!
