[asterisk-biz] termination pricing needed

It appears that some people have never tried that before, L3 will deal
with you even if you  commit only for around 1M minutes at less than
$0.01 per minute to top 20, and so will MCI. I have never dealt with
Qwest so I cannot tell you about them. Last time I checked the
montyly commit with L3 was $10K.
