[asterisk-biz] VoicePulse Connect for Asterisk -- Message from Account Center

The macro is pretty much exactly what it says there.  You specify a
per-minute rate for an alternate VoIP provider and the macro will connect to
Voicepulse using their API before each call and find out what the rate will
be for that call.  If the Voicepulse rate is less, it will route it through
them.  If they're more, it will send it through the alternate provider.
Seems to work fine, haven't had any problems with it.
