[asterisk-biz] DDIs + Co-lo or number translation in Australia and New Zealand

Hi folks,

We have a need for DDIs in Australia and New Zealand covering as wide a 
geographical area as possible. We'll either need co-lo with direct 
interconnection or number translation from the local DDI to a 
corresponding overseas DDI. As these are for a fax/data
application, the service must be completely VoIP-free.
