[asterisk-biz] numbers & termination in California, Texas and Oklahoma

Hello, 

 

We're a scandinavian ip-tel operator which is going to sell to certain
communities in the states mentioned above. 

 

Do any of You have any ideas of good quality termination operators which
provides numbers and potentially add-on services (like emergency number
routing etc).  

 

Which prices can I expect for numbers ? 

 

Do You know if there is a need for many approvals from the authorities :
which state and country entities do we need approval from - or it might be
as in Sweden, we only need to register at the PTS (www.pts.se
<http://www.pts.se/> ) ?
