	Who offers access to a GSM USSD gateway? I need to send USSD messages
from GSM handsets containing app data, which get filtered at/near the
gateway on a coded data field indicating my private app, then routed to
my Unix/Linux app server with minimal latency. That server needs PSTN
and Internet connectivity - colo or dedicated hosting. Auditable
security is priority #1, then latency.
