[asterisk-biz] transfer of a USA tollfree number needed

I like to work the path of least resistance. Get 3-4 cheap carriers and
create failover routing.

Today I also was unable to complete calls through a certain carrier but the
customers never knew. It was completely seamless to them and I just sent a
quick IM to their tech to make sure he was working on it and when it came
back up... the system started processing calls through that carrier again.

Besides that... check out http://www.plainvoip.com. They are quite a bit
cheaper and have fantastic quick support.

With that being said... why would I pay 2.9¢ for domestic US termination?

Our nearly 1500 enterprise customers tell us that they pay for the service
we provide because they DON'T have to call customer service due to outages.
You can certainly pay less, but if you want a reliable service, there is a
price. If you can tolerate 1, 2 or 3 day outages and/or latency and poor
quality, there are plenty of other providers that charge less than we do.

You guys as twice as expensive than NuFone.

I don't have fast answer from NuFone, but I reached them only twice in
two years.
If it works it works with good price, that's what I am expecting.
Why should I overpay for customer service I don't call?

All the Best!
Sergey.
