Does anyone in the group offer Hosted PBX solutions? I always have
customers that are looking to switch to VoIP, so I'd like to sell them
the hardware and refer them to someone else for Hosted PBX with Canadian
DIDs.

If someone offers unlimited* plans on a per-extension basis, but still
allow IVR on a single main DID and internal calling, that would be
great. Please contact me off-list.
